the hotel was located conveniently close to a mall and the onsen on the top floor had breathtaking views of the city. the traditional Japanese room was spacious, sparkling clean, and had lovely decor. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options.
The slippers provided were a bit small for my feet.

Amazing staff, cute and friendly. Friendliest reception ever, manager greeted me. Roof top onsen with beautiful view. Lovely and spacious traditional Japanese rooms. Exceptionally clean ryokan rooms. Hot onsen with fine city view. Ton of space in the room. Excellent and accommodating staff.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

Our room was beautifully decorated with a cozy atmosphere which created the perfect romantic ambience. The hot spring bath was enjoyable with breathtaking views of the city lights at night. the hotel's location was very convenient, with easy access to public transportation.
The hospitality was substandard. The staff seemed uninterested and not willing to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable.

The traditional Japanese-style rooms were immaculately maintained, and the onsen experience was simply amazing. the rooftop onsen had an incredible view of the city at night, and the hot water temperature was perfect. the location was very central, and it was easy to get around the city from there.
The language barrier was a bit of an issue as the staff didn't speak much English, which made communication difficult. the food wasn't much to write home about.

I loved the spacious traditional room and the fine view from the rooftop onsen. The staff was cute and accommodating, making my late check-in easy. This hotel is located conveniently close to a mall, great for easy shopping. Everything was clean.
